I am a User Experience (UX) Designer, Researcher, Strategist, and creative problem-solver. I focus my work on various domains like, Fashion, Healthcare, Outdoor Advertising, IoT, Education etc.. I�m currently working on Healthcare product, an mobile application that helps people tell their health stories visually.
I have led projects and teams that have worked together to design mobile and web products intended for use by a variety of industry stakeholders. I continuously explore and do analysis to create better service & user experiences for end users.

� Research: Helping clients understand who their users are and the needs they have, through empirical research. This could be anything from conducting interviews, running focus groups, or observing user behavior. This insight can then be delivered in forms such as personas, user journeys and experience maps.
� Design: Helping clients to develop, visualize and test products and services. This can include collaborative design exercises with clients, devising and testing information architectures, and developing different types of prototypes, ranging from simple sketches to fully interactive prototypes.
� Evaluation: Helping clients identify where designs can be improved to deliver the best experience. We achieve this through various methods, including expert reviews, accessibility audits, quantitative methods and usability testing (both remotely and face to face).
� Planning and conducting user research including: usability studies, competitive analysis, user surveys, expert reviews and more.
� Leading on all client facing research including stakeholder interviews, kick off meetings, ethnographic studies, user interviews, focus groups, workshops, mobile and tablet usability testing and more.
